The Christian Educational Ministry at First Baptist Church

attempts to assist individuals who are seeking answers to life questions such as:

How do I find purpose for my life?
Where may I locate a group of people with whom to openly and freely study and discuss the teachings of the Bible?
Where may I find encouragement in living the teachings of Christ?

Numerous opportunities to learn about God and ways to implement His teachings in a non-pressure, non-threatening environment are provided. Please click here for a list of current study opportunities, meeting times, and locations, or contact the Office of Christian Education and Administration (270-842-0331).

Each Sunday morning (9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.) there are forty-five plus groups that gather for in-depth Bible Study, spiritual growth and nurture, prayer and support. See the Sunday School tab on the left side of the page for more information on the Sunday School Bible Study classes.

An organized Prayer Ministry allows members and guests to share prayer concerns, etc. Prayer requests are placed in the church's prayer room where individuals meet daily to pray for the shared needs and concerns. Individuals are needed to staff the Prayer Room.  Please contact the office of Christian Education and Administration for information. Also, you can click here to submit a prayer request online.

Remember, there is a place for you at the Bowling Green First Baptist Church.
